Your method of SH?

I just wanna hear the method you guys use to self harm. Are there any unique ways that you use? Exaple: I used to use scissors to literally cut my skin like meat. The cuts weren't big, but they were deep.

Used to use razors, though I've been clean for a year or two now. Prefer alcohol even if it's worse in the long term so I can at least choose to wear something that's better for summers

Besides random cutting, mostly with box cutters, I also used to burn myself with hot metal objects, such as the tip of a knife held into a candle flame. But that was a long time ago, I have no longer self-harmed after my teenage.

I used to use an exacto knife, then a razorblade taped to a metal handle haha, then I started to get really fucking sick of cleaning up blood so I switched to cigarette burns. Makes me look like some cringey, angsty teenager and the scars are very ugly.

I sometimes pour very small amounts of burning water on myself and it hurts like hell, although that is the intention.

i would hit myself in the head whenever im about to spiral either with my fist or in the wall. It helps me calm down specially when im spiraling down.

Extracting blood (from veins) from myself. For my own consumption. I used to cut with medical blades, but I hated the stigma so I stopped.

i mostly just hit my head or my limbs until they bruise but i tried every other sh method too.

Skin-picking to an extreme extent. I'm covered in unhealed scars and bruises because I keep picking at the skin to the point of causing them to not even try to heal back normally. I think it's probably an anxiety-relief response rather than wishing for pain but it does cause pain.

box cutters or kai razors. if neither of those are there then any eyebrow razor with the safety removed

razors but lately ive juust been bashing my head in and i think ive given myself concussions. not so bad these days but i am stupider.
