OH HELL YES! I was literally sorting my "toolbox" when youtube brought me to the video (I have it run in the background as white noise) and that's how I got here. Without it, I might've impulse jumped onto the bus just yesterday.

To some degree, yes, I don't actively seek relationships with others but I don't run away from them either, I just tend to keep my space.

Yes, when someone has good communication skills they can articulate themselves better, so that there is no barrier in the form of people feeling they cant articulate how they feel. When people struggle with their communication skills they become frustrated and don't get as much out of relationships.
