Just answer the question posted above you with a YES or NO. (you may provide a short additional answer if you wish.. or simply state Yes or No)
Then you ask the next question.
Next person answers "yes" or "no"... then asks a new question...
And So on.... Easy enuff, right?
For Example:

In my case I would answer:
