Writing suicide letters when you’re alone in life

Does anyone have a toxic family and just one friend they can write a letter to?

I'm writing mine and feel like it's embarrassing how I only have one person irl who deserves a letter. They're the only true irl friend I've ever had, looking back. They'd have other people to give it go but I can only give my letter to them. No one else has ever cared.

On my second attempt I wrote a short suicide letter because I was drunk and emotional. When I woke up with piles of alcohol and medicine boxes I felt ashamed but I still keep it to be a weird reminder for me.

Honestly if I were doing it right now I would just write "I don't believe in afterlife, don't bury me or organize a funeral. Bye"

I wrote mine just to make it clear what I wanted to happen to my cats and my belongings. Other than that, just explained vaguely why I want to do it and that's all.

Well... I have a family and no "real" friends, just ex-work buddies....

I will not write a letter because I may cause more pain and if misunderstood may seens I blame my family, my mother for a big portion of bad things that happened in my life. It's not true, at least for me, I made wrong choices and a lot of bad luck.

At least you have a friend in your life and may care about you.
