Depends on how it is cut. If there's anesthesia, sterile equipment, skills and a good place where I can pull this off without my family seeing this, then yes. I will CTB with N right after.

No, I'd rather just take SN. 15-20 minutes of discomfort before falling unconscious truly doesn't sound that horrendous to me. The end result of both methods is the same- though, of course, I would prefer N if I could obtain it without sacrificing a finger.
