You'd have to really hate the kid for that. If it was the little bastard out of the Omen that would be different. Or one of those squeaky voiced anime kids who sound like they're having an asthma attack after taking a couple of steps.

I can understand that people with kids can also be suicidal and I don't blame anyone but to ctb on kid's birthday seems cruel

Yes :( I saw it on the internet (I didn't know her) but I could not wrap my head around the fact that she did it on her childs birthday, it is either completely impulsive, evil or selfless (maybe she thought like a gift) idk
