Honestly, if I could, yes. Whilst a suicide from a gunshot seems to be brutal when looking at it from an observer's perspective, it's probably the best suicide method imo if done right since the brainstem would shut down immediately meaning that I wouldn't actually feel any suffering and I'd instantly be dead

But no, I wouldn't take that offer, because it sounds like it would be a massive con, and, in any case, illegal and a waste of money. Even if it wasn't any of these things, I still wouldn't take up the offer, because I decided that I wouldn't use a firearm for CTB if I had access to one, all due to ethical concerns (e.g., leaving a firearm unattended after the fact).

No, because I'm not allowed to possess firearms due to mental illness and the risk of getting caught with one would be too great. I'm not sure about the exact details of the laws I would be violating, but I think it's probably a felony so I'd be looking at prison time. My fear of prison is almost as bad as my fear of failing a suicide attempt and ending up disabled.

Also I'm not sure I could overcome SI with a shotgun. Even though it's practically instantaneous and should be pain free, it's still so incredibly violent and gruesome it's hard to imagine doing that to myself.

Probably not just the brainstem. Is it so bad to see what we look like inside? We're not used to it, but we're still us inside and out.

Absolutely not! Now, I would travel that long for a pill that would guarantee death if taken. I could never imagine using that method. The people that try that method I always have such a deep sense of empathy for them. It sounds like such a horrible way to end one's life and I can never imagine how that person must feel during those moments

I absolutely would, it would be even better if I get to pick a model of my choice. I'm interested in firearms too and it's my method of choice, but it's hard for me to get one in my country and now it's even harder for a suicidal person to get one because of the asshole that shot up the Charles University.

For a suicidal person it is impossible. It is impossible for those who take benzodiazepines to sleep, or analgesics... let alone for those who have even mild mental disorders or worse if they are suicidal.
