Discussion Next Steps w/ DSL (Seeking Input?)

Somehow, I found DSL without succumbing to the defeat of asking someone for direct help. Not literally, I am just more of the independent type. Gosh… all I have to say is the clues are beyond straightforward all over this site, and when I saw it I was genuinely shocked how stupid it was. It just made perfect sense! I was super frustrated trying to find it that I went over the top and should have kept it way simpler.

Anyways .. enough on that. If DSL has yet to reach your hands, please look on other threads as I don't want to be responsible for helping anyone out on it. I can't say the SN route is something I'm completely sure about doing yet, and while I've done my own research, I'd feel far more assured hearing from others. For anyone who has purchased SN, or has looked into it themselves as a primary method: are/were you certain about your decision, and did you run into any issues? Do you have any recommendations for storing or how it should be shipped when staying in a shared home? Have seen some of these questions answered before to different extents, but not really anything concrete. To preface: I'm not looking for personal advice or to be told what to do, just hoping to hear about others perspectives and experiences. Yeah, I heard of the wellness checks being a UK thing, but I'm afraid with my luck I'll end up with one too (Canadian as well). I see many people with P.O boxes to avoid the hassle of it being delivered to their homes so its another thing to consider

No shipping issues or welfare check, my package took a little over a week to arrive and I paid for express shipping. I would put it somewhere safe where it won't be found, a lot of people overthink this but it's not like it's uranium.

I'm certain about my decision, that's why I wanted SN because once you take it, there's really no going back and you're pretty much guaranteed death. I just received the SN today (U.S) I ordered through the express option, and it took 20 days to arrive after getting shipped, 25 days total from when I first ordered. I only had one minor shipping issue, and that's because USPS sucks and they sent it to the wrong post office. I had it delivered to a P.O. Box, and doing the same may be best for you since you live with others. The packaging and the fact it's from a different country may raise questions, so best to keep it from prying eyes.

I plan to keep mine stored in the vacuum sealed package it came in, hidden in my bedroom. Oh, and as for tracking your package, I found after-ship helpful, as the tracking service from the country of origin is hard to navigate. It's not super accurate once it gets to the destination country though, so I would then switch to whatever the Canadian equivalent of USPS is to track it.

Got my package today as well in the US. No welfare check. Paid for 200g with express shipping. I just sent them a $200 Amazon gift card in total.

Got it shipped to my regular address, used real name. Took about nine days total for me once it shipped so it wasn't that long.
