Curious and would like some help and opinions I guess!

Hypothetically;

If I was too cut my oxygen off and then handcuff my hands behind my back would this work 100% and guarantee death with no chance of becoming a vegetable or something worse?

Tie, Rope, Zip Tie or plastic bag Over the head or around the neck some examples.

Then just lie in my bed and hand cuff/secure my hands behind my back. Would this guarantee CTB and would it be painless?

This is a torturing method, not a ctb method.

If you're looking to suffer painfully, while gasping for air, then this will work.

I can't say for sure it would work even if nobody found you but chances are it would. I only say I cant be certain because things can go wrong but it's pretty darn certain. The big issue is how intense the suffocation would be. A couple of minutes of this would be a freaking eternity. It wouldn't be painful per say but I've almost drowned years ago and it is much more intense of an experience than spraining your ankle or something of that nature. Your nervous system is screaming for air and its pure terror as your mind races and you thrash hopelessly. It sure isn't the way I'd choose. Also, don't feel like I'm crapping on your idea. I had thought about this before also. It just turns out to be a very uncomfortable way to go.

Don't want to let you down but the only thing I can say is that it would be extremely, but extremely agonizing.

I would tweak it by taking something that would cause you to pass out or fall asleep.

I'm going to try with a bag over my head later this month. I won't bond my hands. Don't even feel like dealing with the logistics of that to be honest. And if it fails, I'm not interested in the process of trying to free myself.

The method I'm trying requires you to "elasticize" the bag, but hold it open to breathe until you pass out. Presumably your fingers will slip down and away from the bag, sealing it and causing you to suffocate in your unconscious state.
