Method Would this plan work?

Day 1:
1. Don't eat or drink anything for 12 hours (I naturally only eat one meal a day and drink little water besides meal time)
2. Ibuprofen tablets - 600mg
- Wait for 20 mins
3. Metoclopramide tablets - 30mg
- Wait for 20 mins
4. Propranolol tablets - 400mg
5. Diphenhydramine tablets - 100mg
6. Wait for 30 mins. Mix 25g of SN in 50ml water.
7. Drink SN solution.

Prepare extra in case of vomit.

The only sleeping aid I have right now is Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). Should I get other benzos instead?
