There is a lot of discouragement on SaSu of using OTC over-the-counter drugs like Panadol to CTB.

Well, I found this information in Internet which suggests Panadol CTB should be successful:

"24g of Paracetamol [Panadol] is generally accepted to be a fatal dose. The lowest amount of Paracetamol to cause death was found by one study to be 10g. As for Paracetamol of 500mg per tablet, it is generally recommended to take no more than 8 tablets (500mg) within 24 hours, and 24 to 30 tablets taken at one time can lead to overdose or even death.

Not sufficient time between doses or high amount of tablets taken at one time may lead to a fatal overdose. Side effects of an overdose may be seen after ingesting around 4-6g, although this is dependent upon an individual's physiological make-up and metabolism".

So ingesting 50 pills of 500g in one go just exceeds at a total of 25g the mentioned fatal overdose level. It may take 24 hours for the Panadol to fully metabolize for peak toxicity in the body, but you should be dying without being able to stop it yourself, achieving death within 24 hours or maybe earlier, which is certainly slower than the usual 10-15 minutes with 25g of SN. If you don't CTB and die quickly with your intended overdose, you will soon afterwards have liver failure. So if I were you, I would just go for all the pills in one go, plus a few more, but boost the effect by applying a transdermal patch if you can get one, and by getting alcohol into the bloodstream

Although you can drink some vodka, I prefer rectal administration with a plastic syringe and just one syringe-load one load gets you immediately drunk without vomiting (i've done it). There is a pleasant warm feeling too for several seconds when the vodka attacks the mucous membrane to make it more permeable for good transfer into the blood stream. Maybe it's worth mixing the liquid form of paracetamol with the vodka for a further boost.

Paracetamol is incidentally the most widely used drug for suicide by overdose in many countries, but not always with succes. You need to have a wider margin over the 25g fatal dose level, supported by the mentioned additional measures, otherwise you could be disappointed with failure.
