I haven't cried in like 2 years and I woke up this morning f****** crying. I'm so ready.
I'd do TMS 5 days a week...7am for an hour..and I'm sitting in this chair crying. This is so stupid. 4 weeks worth and I feel worse than ever. CTB never sounded better that right now.

Crying can be good for you, honestly. It's not stupid. I can't imagine holding it in for so long. I hope you feel better, just don't think it's bad and let it out.

In the past cry as lead me to spiraling. I think it's a sign.
