I have 137 .1 mg pills of clonidine which is used to lower blood pressure though I have it for sleep. I am wondering if I took all of them would I die or would I just end up in the hospital? Also would it be painful or would I just end up dying in my sleep. I just want the suffering to end not to make it worse.

Based on the toxbase info shared here, this does NOT seem like a reliable method, though ods rarely are. Most likely you'd just end up in the hospital or have a shitty couple of days with side effects
