You can still up your opsec game by only visiting the site via tor, not from mobile, work etc.
If your share pictures clean the metadata. Don't upload phone pictures, open it in e..g paint and
resave them in a different format. Or get a proper software to clean metadata.

Nope, if you're concerned about it use virtualized tails or another privacy linux-based OS. You can buy a small 8gb or 16gb flash drive and boot linux off that.
Vpns are also good, I've heard good things about Proton and Mullvad VPN off here. I'd recommend Mullvad personally but I haven't used either.Similar threads
