I don't know personally, although I'd imagine it's easier than SN.
But it hasn't been researched as a method and taking it might have some unintended consequences, so it's definitely more risky and possibly doesn't even work as well.

It's probably not too difficult but there could be issues with the purity. Lab experience is certainly an advantage.
