Thinking of doing it in my room overnight. Will I have a death rattle? Or any other symptoms that can awaken others?

I'm going the sn route as well. From the research I've done I don't think there's a death rattle. But there's a big possibility you will be throwing up and possibly, after blacking out, having some convulsions. I'm not sure how violently and loud the convulsions are, maybe light and short. But I know puking is rarely quit and pleasant.

Puking is probably the loudest noise you'll make

That is a good question. It seems that most people vomit and as Fktw0rld said vomiting is rarely quiet.
