why is it so hard?

why is it so hard to just come up with a plan? There is no way I can end up back in the hospital, so I need a concrete plan and it just seems so impossible to come up with one. I am still leaning towards partial hanging but I really wish I had something more concrete .... like a shot gun. :(

I understand as all I want is to be permanently free from this dreadful, torturous and cruel existence, I see so much terrible extreme cruelty in how there isn't the option to just peacefully cease existing and never suffer again, all I want is a death like falling asleep permanently with no more pain and no more suffering, I hope you find peace.

I can talk and write like a robot it is not that hard by the way. But we are here to help each emotionally but if we take this away then we are talking about human extinction
