why is it so hard to just come up with a plan? There is no way I can end up back in the hospital, so I need a concrete plan and it just seems so impossible to come up with one. I am still leaning towards partial hanging but I really wish I had something more concrete .... like a shot gun. :(

I can talk and write like a robot it is not that hard by the way. But we are here to help each emotionally but if we take this away then we are talking about human extinction

& fuck I was literally just about to make a post like this but figured I'd contribute to an existing one.
It's SO HARD. And terrifying to imagine waking up in a coma or waking up poisoning in the hospital - and forced to probably spend some time in the psych ward, and then also come back to reality and realizing that dying is way harder than I originally thought - which is hard - and knowing that I need to come up with a better plan....

ALSO FYI if you really wanted to do the gun method - you could do it at a firing range. I saw a video on the watchpeopledie website and someone did that..
Obv that's a really shitty position to put the employees in but just sharing in case you get desperate enough.
I'd be too scared to pull the trigger so I'm looking for sedating poisoning methods

Thanks for sharing the night night method, I did read about it but I had forgotten what it was called. I should spend more time researching it as it does seem better than PSH. I've already had to deal with failing and being stuck in a psych ward that I couldn't get out of for swallowing pills. I will never do that again. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. My next attempt must succeed and swallowing pills will never be the way to guarantee that. In some places they have a look at your history before selling you firearms or allowing you to be on a firing range. Unfortunately, I live in such a place so that will never be an option for me.
