Hi,
I just had a talk with someone and am now wondering regsrding thr strengt of the anchor point for hanging.

I am male and weigh aorund 90 kg.

I at first thought and until now planned with the door of ny bathroom.

The problem is that it is quite a flimsy wall the door is attached to and also at the top it is too tight for rope with a bigger Diamater i testet just now.

Also a pull up Bar wouldnt hold as i ust testen out.

So how much does a body move at a full and a partial habging? Hoe muvh should the anchor point hild?

My problem is that there is virtuelle no alternative for a full hanging in my room.

There's ways to see for yourself on how much the body moves. Documented videos are all over this forum.
