Why I’m Definitely CTB I just need to be 100% sure on my decision

Hey everyone, thank you for having me. I'm new to this website as a member so I'm hoping anything I say isn't wrong.

I'm planning to CTB very soon, my method was simply going to be full hanging. I'm just worried about my cats and who will find me.

I've tried everything. The therapy, medication, psych wards and I just feel worse. I was questioning my sexuality and was bicurious until my bestfriend sa'ed me. I'm so numb and broken. I've been a victim of SA since 8 years old and I fear that history will always repeat itself on me.

I'm so exhausted, physically and mentally I just can't handle it anymore.

I'm not really sure what else to put apart from thank you

I'm so sorry about that. If you are sure about doing it, nobody here will stop you. It's your decision and we will support your decision without judgement. I hope you will find your peace!!

About that, I think it doesn't really matters who'll find you since you'll be gone anyway. It might be shocking but it in the end of the day is a body hanging from somewhere. I'd recommend giving your cats to someone you trust and they'll be safe.

It can stress the cats if you are gone suddenly! I'd recommend giving them to the caregiver with all their toys, food etc, and occasionally visiting them and slowly doing it less and less until they'll get used to you not being there. The less major changes the better for the cats.

Don't do it until you are not 100% sure - on top of that you may fail. CTB is an act of bravery, greatest bravery - you need to make peace with you, your life, and death. Take your time - you can always do if, but never undo it.
