I feel like i am carrying around weights on my body all day. I am so tired and exhausted. I cant wait for tomorrow night, just me, my Fentanyl and calm music.

i wish i could feel heavy & tired again. funnily enough, i now miss the constant overbearing anguish i used to feel & h8. it was the driving force for kms. now i don't feel anything :// it's harder to overcome the SI w no strong neg emotion.

I do not have a playlist, but i am going to be playing calm angelic music.

Fully understand that feeling,
Weighted down, exhausted no matter what I do or take to try and compensate.
Coping skills gone, even drunk as hell or high as a kite is no relief anymore.
Lol, the notification bell from this site seems to be my only relief these days, when I read what others post at least I know I'm not alone, there is some small comfort in that.
