the methods i'm considering are full suspension hanging (though i'd absolutely NOT want to fail that one because of the possibility of brain damage), jumping from a building/bridge, and shallow water drowning. i'd like to have the pph be of use but i do not have the resources to buy anything like pills or sn. i'd like a semi-peaceful way out. if there's any better methods, please suggest them. thanks!

All the methods you mentioned sound horrific to me, I know for a fact I could never do them.
I'm working to obtain SN myself and I might be close.
Give yourself like one hour of research one day on this website and you might find one of the main providers.
It takes time and patience but it's doable.
