I don't consume too many fictional stories. Though I relate to some of them.
I love this short-story. The Planet Trillaphon as it Stands in Relation to the Bad Thing. From David Foster Wallace I found it during my second severe depression. This is unbelievable accurate to many of my feelings.
As movie I might think of Joker. Though I would never do violence against other people. But sometimes I am delusional too, was abused and the society also treats me like trash.
I don't know which series I could name. They all don't really fit to my mental state.

Maybe you know some fictional stories to which you can relate?

i just finished reading 'no longer human' by osamu dazai and while i don't relate to the every aspect of the book, there were definitely a lot of parts and feelings that resonated with me.

Saw? Lol
(Except Jigsaw doesn't even have to conceive of an elaborate torture device for me - he just forces me to live in my own body without the prospect of death).

True Detective comes to mind off the top of my head. I can recommend this series to anyone who is interested in nihilism or calls himself a nihilist.

David Foster Wallace slaps, although I can't stop thinking about Disco Elysium. There's just something in that feeling of hopelessness as you wake up as an amnesiac drunkard in a crumbling, rotten, politically broken world that is reaching a possible, super eerie apocalypse. On the other hand, you can sing karaoke in a racially insensitive kabuto while rambling about communism. You can do it all and quote almost everything. It is truly a deep, nihilistic experience.
