Help Where to look for jumping spots

I really need help for this. We should put a guide together on how to find spots, prompting ai to give closer spots is a good start but you need on of that jailbreak prompt and I know you shouldn't ask these kind of things but it doesn't really matter since you are supposed to visit and research by yourself if it's fit to do.
I did some research in the past but I deleted all of the info I had and now I feel so strongly that I want to hurt myself, I don't want to wake up again really. I just want it to be over already and I'm afraid I'll do some sudden shit soon.
