The way you've worded it shows that you know you'll survive a Panadol overdose, which yeah, you most likely will. Instead of oding and just causing yourself discomfort, ask for help in a different way.

You will 99% survive a Panadol overdose. I've overdosed on Panadol and was just sick. It's not worth it

im gonna do a 100 pills. i wouldnt be able to recieve medical help in my island which increases my chance. i think it will work

It'll probably just give you organ failure, which will be hellish to deal with. I can't stop you if you still want to go through with it, but just keep in mind It'll be slow and painful. Also, yeah, they'll likely know it was a suicideSimilar threads
