Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am probably going to ctb with sn but still interested in hanging.
So when tying a slipknot you have to ends of the rope, which one should you use for the anchor point?
It will work differently depending on which you use, if you use the one end and then put your arm in the noose and push it below then the noose doesn't get tighter but when you use the other end as an anchor point it will.

I use a snuggle hitch knot for the anchor point. You need to tie the slip knot first before trying to the anchor point, I've discovered.

As for which of the two tails created by the slip knot to tie to the anchor point, you can find that out by testing which cinches.

Hold one tail with one hand and push down with the other hand in the noose (it can just be a mini noose with a shoelace for testing purposes). If it loosens then try it holding the other tail.
I hope this makes sense.

So if I push it down and it tightens then I used the right end of the rope?
