I just got my rope. It's too much rope. I have 150 feet of nylon climbing rope. I'd like to CTB with partial hanging soon, but I have a couple questions that I need answered to get it right:
1. How do we determine the right length for the rope? I'm going to be kneeling upright then shifting my weight down.
2. I don't understand the idea of kneeling upright then shifting your weight downw to lose consciousness. What actually happens during the process? Does the knot get tighter as you shift your weight down? If so, which knots should I use for the anchor point and noose?
I'd like to replicate this https://videos.watchpeopledie.tv/1704000278481175.mp4
I don't know how he didn't use an anchor point though and how he got it to be so fast. If anyone has insight I would appreciate it.
