The one that kills really easily, and it's even plesurable. Fen... something, I think.

On that note, what are the most effective pills I can take? Quick, simple and painless.

I'm planning on saving money to bride a drugstore employee into giving me one of those. It shouldn't be too difficult in my country. But I need the name of the pill.

You cannot obtain a "pill of Fentanyl" from a pharmacy.
Medically they only come in a transdermal patch or lollipop no pill.
Pills can only be purchased off the Black Market.

You're not going to get a fentanyl Rx or pill from a doctor.
You'll have to get a dealer & the problems start there. The first issue is "is it actually fentanyl?"
The next issue is "how much fentanyl is actually in it?"
After all that, the reality is that drug ODs are notoriously unreliable with about 95% failure rate.
I honestly would look for a more reliable method
