If time space travel is a thing then for my dinner this evening I am going to @journeytotheend house to eat salt cod croquettes then to @Mrs.O'Leary'sCow for dessert and then on to @Sinbad house as he has cherry chocolate Bailey's. I'll bring my own knife and fork and napkin. And some chocolate mints

Yellow curry rice and onions, with red chili and only half a stick of butter and don't know what kind of yellow curry because the package in the cupboard had no label but it's good.

Just ate some creamy cheese pasta with chicken. Probably gonna make some onion rings and get some diet coke later. I'm so hungryyy. Have you seen any of the dairy-free gourmet cheeses in your supermarket? I tried a Daiya cheddar version, softened it in a double boiler, and had prepared on a baking sheet hemp hearts and macadamia nuts I'd ground with a mortar & pestle. Then I squeezed fresh lemons onto the outside of the dairy-free cheese and rolled it in the mixture of hemp and macadamias to make a nut roll. I put this in the fridge to let the dairy-free cheese reset for about four hours. In the meanwhile, I pan-seared fresh polenta on a griddle brushed with olive oil and made flattened "crusts." Once set and cooled, I enveloped the dairy-free nut roll in the polenta to make pockets and dusted the top with the barest layer of freshly grated ginger and cinnamon.
I'm not kidding when I share It tasted like New York style cheesecake. Give it a shot & let me know what you think...

Baby calamari in squid ink with rice and a side of brandade (whipped salt cod with garlic, potatoes and milk, gratineed with cheese) with toasted pinenuts. Oh, and a mojito before dinner.
