Help What’s a fast, simple and painless way to ctb?

Hey, I'm new here but I've seen some ways to CTB.
I'm in a huge crisis rn and thinking about trying to ctb soon. Can anyone help me? What's the simplest and less painful way to ctb?

My brother and 4 of his friends were hit by a train…one died. My brother suffered the past 20+ years and is now slowly dying. After seeing them I wouldn't try this method.

there isn't one, otherwise so many more people would do it. sodium nitrite is the prevailing method on this site, but it takes planning and preparation.

Suicide really isn't that straightforward even know I wish that it is. A fast, simple and painless way to ctb really does sound ideal. If suicide is that easy then I doubt that there would be this forum filled with endless method discussions and information. All that anyone can do if they wish to ctb is to do research on methods to decide what is best for themselves. What is the best method depends on what is able to be accessed.
