If I had it now I'd move and get some medical care. If I had it at that age I'd still move and build a new life before this one got ruined. If this is you and you want advice it depends on whats wrong and what your options are.

Life actually has a ton to offer if you have money and health. Find things you like to do for fun, find purposes to help other people out. You can have a relationship if you want. Literally anything!
