What would you do if this site was killed?

It would make me very sad. I really like it here, most people seem so nice. I don't say much but I like reading other people's posts. It makes me feel a little less lonely and it gives me some sense of belonging. I hope this site never gets taken down.

Even on clearnet sites you can stumble across it by accident. Depending on the country, LE is more interested in catching people who specifically download, distribute, and produce it, or people who go out of their way looking for it, not normal internet users. If you're really concerned you can report it when you see it, otherwise, avert your gaze and close the tab/delete system 32/ move continents/whatever.

You can still get arrested and charged with CP possession atleast in the US. Merely just having the image on your screen will get it stored on your hard drive cache. Will law enforcement put resources to track down someone who accidentally viewed CP? most likely not but if they suspect you of other crimes and got a search warrant for your computer, they can certainly get you convicted for having CP.

It has happened in the past, someone got arrested by the FBI since they were able to recover CP files that he accidentally download but deleted. He was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison and became a sex offender. But he had a shitty lawyer.

That's why lawyers or even former law enforcement officers tells you to never talk to law enforcement without talking to an attorney (or even better, don't talk at all) or allow them to search your property without a warrant. "Anything you say or do can be used against you." This applies even when you aren't arrested or got the Miranda warning.

That is very much true i can't tell you enough of how much of that i had to go through plus there is always White knights, undercover police, journalists, ect..... the issues keep going
