Discussion What will be the next popular method if SN is banned?

We know that SN sales can be limited. If SN is not available, what would be your method? I know sounds bad. SN is a much needed chemical in the food industry. So even if we don't get it from the net, we might have a chance to get it. If not! What would be your method?

OD on my medications. Very simple and people with think I died from my respiratory failure. Would have worked if I wasn't found.

The other 2 alternatives to SN that are in PPH (can't remember their names). Or I choose hanging instead but I haven't tried or read about it because I want my SN attempt to be my last.

Hanging is my fall back or jumping. They were my initial first choice until I discovered SN.

I'm going to order my SN soon. I may not even use it right away but I want to know I have it there. I tried sleeping pills and vodka and that didn't work..I just slept loads... so in a way I guess it did work . Not sure what the next thing will be though.

IF it didn't exist, Like Jean4, I'd OD on my meds. 2 of my meds would kill me. My heart would just slow until it stopped beating, but I'd basically be aware and feel it. Whether it'd be the respiratory or heart that'd take me out first I don't know though.

In the United States where most people eat meat 3 times a day, and our government and FDA allows chemicals that are banned in food in almost every other country to be added into foods targetted at children. I doubt it will ever be restricted here. Our goverment likes us fat and sick and on a lot prescription drugs to manage the symptoms and diseases from our highly processed diets.

In the future you may see some American sellers asking insanely high prices to export it, I doubt it will ever be hard to get here.

These would probably be my choices as well. Though I am afraid of heights so my SI may really kick in if I tried jumping. I would probably attempt to figure out partial hanging and see if I could find the sweet spot.

So many people try that route, but Gaba A agonists just don't kill people. I mean there is a very low % of benzo / sleeping pill overdoses that were lethal, and I am talking massive amounts. I think i read 5,000 miligrams of valium isn't even guaranteed lethal Most people that die from alchohol either choke on their own vomit or have an insanely high tolerance and drink all day long and one day their liver just stops working.

It would be an ideal way out if it worked though.

The day John Bohnam died they say he drank 14 shots of vodka at breakfast, went to the recording studio and kept drinking the entire day and into the night...consuming a total of 40 units of vodka, now that is tolerance!

Beta blockers are lethal. But it's a very long process. There is a terrible arrhythmia you will experience during this process. Maybe it could be faster with a combination like this. Adrenergic receptor blocker + calcium channel blocker (verapamil) + beta blocker (propranolol) + benzos + alcohol. But that means too much medicine.

I agree that it'll likely always be available here in the US, but if it wasn't for some reason, I'd probably try partial hanging or carbon monoxide.

As absurd as this may sound, before joining this forum, I never knew there were so many other methods that exist to ctb -- methods besides hanging. I'm excited to know that my life doesn't have to end with the hanging method and that there are other ways :)

I would think inert gas that isn't CO2 would be the way to go. Nitrogen tanks can be picked up and ordered, I think, if you say you're Into home brewing beer and want to give a nitro twist.

I'm very interested in hydrogen sulfide. I work in a refinery so we have constant safety courses on the stuff and it is amazingly lethal. Warnings everywhere telling you how a certain PPM will knock you unconscious in one breath and leave you dead a few minutes later.

Easy to make if you can get HCl based drain cleaner.

good 'ol hanging has been THE most popular method for over 2000 years, so even if SN is banned, they can't ban ropes.

if i'm unable to get N then i'll go for SN and if i can't get that either, i'm going with amitriptyline or carbon monoxide with charcoal. i don't imagine that i could be able to get the materials required for an exit bag so i'm sticking with charcoal in a bathroom if it comes to it.

If I couldn't get SN I'd probably either get a gun, hang myself, or try the charcoal method.

i tried hanging myself though a month ago and it was frightening so I'd have to get a lot more desperate before I tried it again.
