Drinking coffee, with some kratom. It appears to be helping my morning depression. I have a terrible time in morning. Especially since last night I ate two melatonin's to sleep but the drawback with melatonin is it makes mornings depressed, very negative, can't get motivated. Self defeating thoughts. But I really wanted to sleep and I can't get a better sleep aid right now. I might try a strain of kratom that is good for sleep and see what happens. Edibles have been useful to relax me b4 bed but if I'm going to get a job I can't take those in case drug test.
