Ive been spending my last months ignoring my responsibilities and do nothing all day, while trying to make an exit plan which, for some reason, either due to incompetence or laziness, takes miserably long to be made. Meanwhile, I didnt even try therapy until very recently, and I didnt even try to live in the moment for once in my life, ignoring social anxiety since im gonna die anyways it shouldnt even matter, and at least try to live life for once before i decide to take it away, cause maybe, just maybe, i might find joy in life for once. But I didnt do anything. I just sit all day making a plan that shouldnt be taking so long to be made. Im a complete moron. And i dont even know if im gonna change.

Same here. I hope I'll never have to face the consequences of my ignored responsibilities. I went to therapy for a while, just to realize that it's only really helpful for people who need to talk and vent. I've spent countless hours lurking here and researching methods, yet I still feel like sometimes I'm too lazy to even try to die.Similar threads
