What source for N now since D doesnt seem to be reliable anymore?

I heard that D will not be referenced in the new version of the peaceful handbook.

I dont know the reason for this but
Does somebody have ordered N from D and can confirm that they got real N?

I live in Germany. Its very hard for me to get N. Can somebody PM me?
Can someone help?
