Introverted or Extroverted - does being with people energize (E) you or drain you (I)?
iNtuitive or Sensing - do you believe things you can't necessarily see with your own eyes? Yes = N. No = S.
Thinking or Feeling - do you make decisions based on rules (T) or relationships (F)?
Judging or Perceiving - do you feel better after making a decision (J) or worse (P)?

It's all on a spectrum, of course, but the iNtuitive / Sensing and Thinking / Feeling dimensions seem to be more fixed than the other 2.

Gawd, do family gatherings drain me, both mentally and physically. I dodged a bullet when my aunt didn't call and invite me over for some Fourth of July gathering.
