Do u guys think about hell?

I think about death everyday and i wanna go away from here indeed yes but dont u guys get scared to go to hell? Or what do ya believe will happen or what do u guys think regarding the afterlife? I get scared that a place like hell exist but honestly i dont have much hope about heaven either cause makes me think being death is just ceasing to exist so what do u guys think i been overthinking about this hell and heaven bs like everyday and im tired of it i just want peace.

I don't remember anything from before I was born. So I believe things will feel the same when I die. I'll just go back into the void and be non-existent and non-sentient.

I think more of rebirth than of hell.
I mean just see it like that, you go from non-existence -> existence -> non-existence. It happened once, why shouldn't it happen again? I also find it very scary that we had no way to prevent being born, and it could've been worse, like imagine we were born in North Korea. That wouldn't be to different from hell.

Facts sometimes i see those african kids that are sick and starving and i think sometimes life can feel like hell and then just die. I appreciate your reply guys i feel better now.

i really think the idea of hell was made up so people can believe bad people will face the "ultimate karma" after death.
i also think the beliefs around what things cause you to go to hell are completely subjective.
even the idea of what hell looks like changes depending on who you ask.
i dont believe in any afterlife and i find it comforting that i won't be myself after death, i won't think anything or remember anything, i'll just be gone.

it's really hard to know what happens after death, but i would guess nothing.

i also feel like i am a very unhappy person, and if there were some omnipotent being that created me this way, with my personality, with a world set up to lead to me being miserable based on my personality and how the world is, and then sent me to hell after i died due to misery, then i never really stood a chance anyway...

but if i knew for absolute certain hell exist, and there were zero questions in my mind, then would i commit suicide? probably not... but many things in the bible and other religious books make no sense. the bible has a whole section on the right way to treat slaves... wtf?

I would also check out quantum immortality and research that. You may not even be able to kill yourself in every version of reality and so suicide may feel impossible (even if you die in some versions and are grieved by people in those version). I've tried to commit suicide quite a few times and it's never worked. They weren't sloppy attempts. It may be mathematically impossible to opt out of life, which is the scariest thing of all.

I'm not religious myself, but this is exactly what the principle of Christianity's "original sin" operates on, at least in some denominations (not all). Due to actions thousands of years ago we had no involvement in, we're all born into sin and must repent to get into heaven.

No, this terrible, torturous and dreadful existence is the only hell to me, all that existence ever does is cause all this torture and suffering with no limit as to how much agony one can feel and I'll always see it as a terrible mistake to suffer in this existence, all I want is peace from this torturous existence that only ever harms existing beings that never should had been imposed at all and non-existence is just all I believe in.

I believe death to be true peace from the cruelty and evil of existing, to suffer in this existence will always be an abomination to me, it's just so terrible and cruel how this existence was even imposed at all especially as never suffering at all is perfection, all I want is to be permanently unconscious where this dreadful, cruel and futile existence is all gone and forgotten.

I hope I don't wake again. My entirety will be gone, maybe bits a pieces of me will continue to exist in all the people I've met. But that's just a nice thought, I don't think I was ever someone relevant.

Yes. Hell is a major snag for sure. Life sucks, but hell appears to be much worse. Before somebody says it ridicule that hell isn't real doesn't help.

I was raised with a Christian upbringing and with being taught of the existence of heaven and hell. Whether they actually exist, i have no idea, and im not sure if i really want to know. I want to cling onto the idea that there is somewhere to go after death, but ever since i was little i have always had this aching feeling that there is just nothing. When you die that's just it, all that you are, all that you were, and all that you would've become just gets snuffed out. I'm always hoping I'm wrong and that there is an afterlife.

Non-existence is the only guarantee of never suffering so badly it's a trillion times worse than the worst u can imagine

etrenal Non-existence is the only safety from extreme torture and the worst pain

so Non-existence forever is the ultimate perfection to me

I can't relate to any other human. 1 reason is that I think the worst pain outweighs the pleasure addictions by a billion times but it seems like most people don't believe like i do that pain is a billion times worse than one can imagine or remember.

I really fear and hate pain. but the worst pain is always possible in life never in Non-existence/ Death. so why do most think life is better than Death ? I don't

i only have to escape this evil life and evil world with a nethod so I don't suffer extremely

I consider myself agnostic so really anything could happen but sometimes I really do hope it exists. Knowing people that are so horrible that might not have gotten their karma in life get it in death feels somewhat nice. Life on Earth already feels like hell and has already been full of enough suffering for other people though, hopefully like myself, and hopefully whatever comes next isn't as bad.
