I have a plan to ctb. But I want to have a backup plan just in case. The easiest option is to jump from my roof, which I have calculated is approximately 11 metres high. I know how I need to land to make this more fatal. As in, I know I should try to land towards the back of my head. So I would need to fall headfirst. I would be going onto concrete. I don't think I would go through with this plan because my next option would be partial hanging, but I wanted to know. It's the easiest to do and you need nothing for it. In my opinion, I think this method is just going to leave me more messed up. But I'm curious.

It'll very likely be painful and making it so you fall headfirst will be hard due to SI, I'd find a taller building

That is definitely no where near enough for a likely suicide by jumping. You are much more likely to survive with more suffering even if you land on your head.

if you manage to actually land on the back of your head, which is no guarantee, of course there's a chance you die. i'd honestly say maybe even 50%, my friend's stepdad died after falling from the roof at around 6 meter drop. but there's also a chance you just break your spine and have to live the rest of your life paralyzed from the neck down... in this sense i don't think the risk outweighs the rewards at all. you should think of a different way.

Falling on your head/neck seems very unlikely due to SI. It's about a 50% fatality rate from 15m, so this would probably be around 33%?

Ok, thank you. I didn't think this would be a viable method to use. But I was wondering. I will not be trying this even if my first method fails. What is the most successful height to jump from? Where I live, there aren't a lot of tall buildings that you can access easily. And I don't want to traumatize people from the sight.I also don't want to be stopped. And would have a high chance of that happening.

Yes I wouldn't imagine it would have a high fatality rate, especially from such a low height. Some people don't even die from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge.

This isn't my plan that I am going with. It is just a backup idea. But from what I read, I will not be doing this. The outcome of death is extremely unlikely, and my life would be worse off. If my other plan fails, I will try partial hanging. Or full suspension if I can find a suitable rope and have enough time for it to work.
