I smoked weed for 3 years on 24/7 basis... Through pipes or vaporizer. I quit a year ago, at the end I couldn't tell the difference between sativa and indica, everything gave me anxiety or emotional breakdown. I tried again recently and it has the same effect.
Idk, maybe I should get indica with really high CBD and see what happens.
How often is 24/7? Like over an 1/8 a day? My tolerance is way too high at this point. I can't notice any effects until my 3rd or 4th bowl. And the effects are gone within like 15 minutes anyway and I'm back to suicidal thoughts and not being able to feel any emotions.
This is from personnel experience but muscle relaxers (Flexeril) for me relax my body and make me very drowsy thus calming my mind a little. It does give me weird dreams as a side effect however.
Hello, the ways which are listed below is merely my experience and I do not encourage you to try this.
1) Weed microdosing/"small-dosing"
In this occasion I feel relaxed and have no anxiety.
Weed microdosing is especially good several hours after the gym if you worked hard.
However, when I smoke weed non-stop, it is like I am immersing in a state when I am even more isolated from this world.
2) A can of energy drink/cup of coffee + alprazolam
Yes, this is very relaxing and at the same time it does not allow me to feel drowsy like it often happens with benzos alone. And the mood is a bit better.
3) Paracetamol + Aspirin + Caffeine despite having caffeine wipes away anxiety (that is a mistery because I usually take 2 tablets which contain 130 mg of caffeine - that is too much for me)
4) Paracetamol + Codeine (tested today - worked fine: despite nullifying head and neck pain, it made me feel much better)
5) Olanzapine, though it makes me very drowsy. But it definitely helped me relax.
Depending on the brand the Kanna I got was very relaxing or very euphoric. Sometimes both. This one supplement I got was mixxed with others including phenibut. Super relaxing. It was called Gabatrol

Sorry don't remember. I bought it years ago. I was getting anything I could get my hands on. Just looking for cheap stuff to buy online. I had bad benzo/ alcohol tolerance. But am pretty sure others will know. Also find the more euphoric ones to be spiritual. Thinking of getting some to deal with Refeeding Syndrome symptoms

I believe this is the one I took sublingually then started to snort it. My spiritual beliefs are that are thoughts and feelings are connected to the spiritual world. I thought I was having a religious experience. I thought my tics, and people's aversion to me was because I was spiritually aligned and on a higher path. Though I thought/ felt like I would lose that enlightenment when it wore off, and would write it off as adverse effects. I did think that at some point. I was worried about seratonin Syndrome. Though something in my mind told me it was negitive spirits trying to block me from channeling the negative energies. I thought I was on spiritual plane that was above getting serotonin Syndrome since I was so spiritually aligned. I didn't want to think I just had a neurological condition, and was abused/ mistreated because I was misunderstood so I kept taking it
Weed doesn't work for me either, makes me completely paranoid. Personally I think that Codeine is the best drug to totally relax mind and body, but it's very addictive so you have to know what you're doing. 150mg is the perfect dose for me, total relaxation for at least 4-5 hours, nothing matters anymore, the world could collapse I wouldn't even get my ass off the couch. Benzos are less dangerous, especially long acting ones like Clorazepate, 25/50mg and you'll be ok for a few hours. Doesn't even come close to Codeine though.
Are good old codeine i know that fair mistress a long time user here . Was on it for arthritis but found out it can be so relaxing to but be warned long time use it not a good idea. The doctors try to get me of it a bit back o boy that was a mistake put this way I ended up in hospital. I went into shock and started to have massive fits they cound not get me of it my body got to depend on it . So back on them now but a very big BUT and should be a warning to others if you get stuck on them its bad news trust me I know. I am now looking at liver failure got a year or two before it gets bad and one of my kidneys is on the way out to the other not so good to and plenty of other problems to . So sum thing thats legal and can get over the counter is just as bad as many none legal things you can get .

I take 5-htp and L-theanine for Dopamine and Serotonin. Have you tried them? Also GABA too! I need to find Kanna! I don't know where to look. I've not heard of Gabatrol!

You can find kanna on a major online auction site/marketplace. Don't expect it to be as strong as scheduled drugs, though. It definitely lifts my mood, but it takes high doses for me to feel euphoria.

As long as I get some euphoria I don't care. Euphoria is everything to a depressed person like me. I literally crave it with every fibre of my being. The stars align, everything is sharper and brighter. I even like people! Without euphoria I'm a ghost.
Thank you for the info on where to get Kanna!

Oh wow! That sounds right up my street. Thank you!
We need Taurine for good health. Yes there is this debate on whether gaba passes the blood brain barrier. We have receptors in our stomach and the gaba that I get seems to work a treat. I'll definitely look into Kanna! And Gabatrol!

Very true. Just now I had a panic attack and was in literal floods of tears. I am suffering from exhaustion. I have a sleep disorder. I was planning to go for a walk. I had put makeup on and everything. I had a funny turn and started crying and had to wipe the makeup off. I feel really bad. Sorry .... I don't want you to think I'm weird. This corona thing has got me worried for reasons I can't talk about on this thread. I don't have peace of mind. I'm terrified. Yes you are right. Peace of mind is everything.

I feel for you. Your sleep is if course the key, as it makes everything else worse. Don't sleeping pills work for you? I've never had panic attacks myself, but so many people have told me how harrowing and debilitating they can be. What have you tried so far to handle the attacks?

Diazepam occasionally cos my doctor is loathe to prescribe too many. Zopiclone for sleep. One a night. Mirtazipine for depression ( doesn't work any more) but the doc won't change them even though I've asked.

Strange that your doctor won't consider an antidepressant. Now, I'm not saying that medicines aren't good or that you shouldn't take them, but have you tried complementing them with something? Have you tried breathing techniques? Or meditation even?

Yes! It does not seem to work that well. I can't really talk about why I'm so messed up on this thread. If you like you can PM me if you want to know why I'm a complete mess. It's too much to mention right here.
I will have to try harder to concentrate on breathing and meditation.

There's something in my country which roughly translates as "evolution-based breathing technique". I don't know if it's used elsewhere, but the results are very good so far. I've tried it myself and I was quite impressed. I'll PM you.

Yikes, maybe you've become tolerant. Does the 5htp help or dopimine? Kanna may. Just be careful with mixing as serotonin Syndrome. I think it's fairly easy to get when you combine with drugs that raise it. Tart cherry juice is also recommended for sleep. Am not sure works very well for me, but love the taste. Have taken Rozerem and seems more effective for sleep than melatonin. It's a melatonin agonist. Have you taken any OTC sleep drugs? Here in the US. Not sure where you're from. Though here there's one that works for me Unisom. Also a drink Marley's Mellow Mood, though some it barely touches others feels calmer, and some are out like a light like me. However my guess is phenibut would work really well for you. Especially if GABA on its own does. Haven't noticed much of an effect myself. Hopefully that means jr will be very effective for you. Also think some have found kanna to help when they became treatment resident or their drug for depression stops working

I've definitely become tolerant to Mirtazipine. For sure. Everything else drug wise still works. My Sikh friend recommended cherry juice for sleep. Acerola maybe. I should buy some cherry supplements online. I'm in the UK. I've tried promethazine ( anti histamines for sleep. The best antidepressant for me was Fluoxetine. It worked really well for me personally. My doctors refuse to take me off Mirtazipine. I'm definitely willing to try something new at this point. I feel like I need too. I do drink chamomile tea made with the flowers, hibiscus flower crushed and dried lavender flowers. I also use lots of lavender oil to relax. The 5-htp and l- theanine works only while I'm taking it, if I run out, my brain chemistry returns to the state it was before.

Drugs that raise serotonin are some of the hardest to come off of. I used to take Fluoxetine. Didn't do much for me, but was in a violent house. My experiences with psych drugs typically are not much of anything to very unpleasant effects. Also terrible rebound effects for stuff like Benzos. Only drugs I found pretty good without awful rebound were alpha drugs prozosin and Clonidine. Off label blood pressure drugs. It is worrying they won't take you off if it's not helping. Could only worsen Serotonin Discontinuation Syndrome if you come off. You also mentioned the gut. Have recently been looking s lot into it, and believe many MH symptoms originate in the gut. Psych drugs can also disrupt it. Most serotonin receptors are in the gut as well. Low serotonin in the brain has been proven decades ago not to be correlated with depression. Though lately have been wondering if there'd be a more reliable correlation that involved low serotonin in the gut. Hope you find relief soon. I know for me more often experience intense fear. Though, because that causes me to become suicidal tend to be looked at more through the lens of depression. Though can get really bad situational depression. Have heard picamilon can help both depression and anxiety and have wanted to try it myself but always opted for phenibut bc I knew how it effected me

My gut suffers badly and I take care of it with bone broth that I makes myself and with home made kefir too. As it's the seat of all my emotions. If I'm stressed my gut lets me know. Lol! I had an almost fatal Gastric ulcer in 2009.
Yeah Doctors in the uk are trying to save money I guess by not switching people to more expensive antidepressant. Bureaucracy reigns. My fear response has been hiked up to unbearable proportions. Could you please tell me a bit more about Picamilon? It sounds interesting and I've never heard of it before. I take methyl B12 too. It works and fish oil to calm my brain.

It's similar to phenibut in that it's GABA that's altered to bypass the bbb. This combines niacin with GABA. Some argue what's causing the energizing mood lift the niacin GABA or combination. Just make sure you start slow as niacin flush can be very unpleasant. Have gotten it pretty bad myself. Haha I've always suffered from poor gut as well. Being 6 on the Enneagram too so I'm very predisposed to fear. Tend to have a lot of fermented food and kombuthca. Like the taste and find a bit helpful. Lately with trying to get Refeeding Syndrome my gut and mood have been a disaster. I just don't want a quicker way. I want to run my health into the ground so good I can't be revived.

Will definitely give it a try. Thank you! A big part of me wants to run my health into the ground too. I don't know what is stopping me. My partner and pets?!
pardon my annoying questions but what is an enneagram?
B vitamin especially B12 is super important for mental health disorders. A lack of b12 can cause psychosis. As BPD is classed as being on the border of psychosis and neurosis and I have shown psychotic symptoms before. I used to be a Amphetamine addict. It affected my already fragile mental health. I want to protect my brain. I don't like having mania at all. My counsellor and I both think I have Bipolar 2.
