fair, and it's not the most unhealthy optionpretty much only the music option. that, roll around in bed, daydream, and scroll through this site for fifteen minutes. not healthy
when I had time for gaming, I would hop on VR and play bonelab or pavlov to take out my anger and it really helpsI sleep, to at least temporarily forget it all. A lot. People never believe me when I say one of my hobbies is sleeping, or think its a joke.
Other than that, depressingly self-hate music, killing things on games with a stupidly low difficulty setting, and thinking about life/death
crying really helps. I have forced myself to stop cutting but that would also help me a ton. so would drinkingSelfharm, feel some pain and remember what a failure I am and how much I hate myself.. And then cry.
It's strange, but after releasing so many negative emotions, one feels a little more relieved.
i am thinking that I should have put daydream on there. I personally daydream about dying, or if im listening to music I just daydream about performing the song im listening to xdListen to music, sleep, daydream, or self harm
