I don't know enough about Biden to form an opinion on him, so no comment there.
But as someone who practices Buddhism and who has read books by, and about Dalai Lama I am sick to my stomach when I think of his appaling act. And that he had the audacity to excuse his abhorrent behaviour by calling it playful and innocent makes me throw up. He belongs in jail.

They made movies depicting how good he is, gave him Nobel Peace Prize, gave him money and aid, and he still does this, in public too, slapping his backers in the face
