i have severe ocd like tons of very sexually taboo mental images and mental compulsions. does anyone (who may have dealt with this before) have advice or med recommendations? i was on abilify for a few months which helped a little but it made me gain 50lbs. im on a weight loss medication and already down 35lbs so i reallllllyy dont want to go through the same shit again. but yeah any advice is welcome. my suicidal ideation is getting BAD and dont have tons of support as the theme is just too embarrassing to talk to my family or friends about.

Yeah, lots of psy meds makes you gain weight. I did gain like 20 kg. I am on something called clozapine, this med can actually kill me in worst case scenario. I have to get blood tests done every month because of clozapine.
