I've switched back to night night and right now my only problem is the lack of depth/pressure being applied on the arteries. I have tried tourniquet but the wooden spoon I was using broke as I was twisting so maybe I'll try it again in the future. How about you guys? What method-related issues are preventing you from CTB?

I'm hoping to use helium ... run a hose into a bag over my head ... ive been reading a lot about it ... I think the key is to have the helium pressure at a fixed level and the bag secure around my neck ... I'm hoping I go unconscious quickly and then ctb shortly after ...

Having enough meds to knock out SI and lose consciousness. I mentioned elsewhere about combat / trauma tourniquet. They are made to increase pressure to stop bleeding, they can easily be locked off to maintain pressure and can fit a human thigh. Once locked, they are a bit hard to get off. Can find them easily online or at sporting / police supply stores. Hope this helps..

With partial the big problem is finding the carotid and getting to the point where I can pass out
With sn, the big problem is that I can't seem to get the antiemetic
With both, the problem is a lack of privacy aside from in very rare and unpredictable instances.

I can definitely see that. I do have medical knowledge (first responder) there are web sites that spell out human anatomy markers. That may help locating the carotids. You may not be able to see and even feel but the markers make it easier. I have figured out how to be alone but even that will have some risks.

Also with the antiemetic, if you go to a clinic or doctor with complaints of nausea/vomiting, they will usually prescribe zofran or phenergan. By doubling the dose, that should help with the SN. Both are very cheap prescriptions.

Waiting for the very very very last moment (sometimes miracles happen)... I tried partial, it was ok to pass out easily so i guess this technic can be an option for me, but i'll probably try to jump from a 240ft Dam when/i'll CT(F)B ... Someone did that 2 weeks ago, he died.

I can't unscrew the lid off this fucking SN bottle, why do they always put them on so tight?

Try tapping the edges with the handle end of a butter knife. It will help loosen

That's a good way to spill it all over your lap, and I'd feel pretty salty after that.

400 IQ move: unscrew the bottle from the lid while you're upside down. Boom.
