What are you waiting for?

This is a question to people who have easy access to easy methods like firearms or lethal substances but are waiting. This question might have been asked before so sorry. But I just want to get a feel for what stops people so I understand different perspectives.

What's stopping you from CTB?

I am not looking for answers like family, leaving people, or having things to do because that would be repetitive and redundant. I guess I am looking for things like "divine intervention" as I am NOT religious at all, but I believe in meaning in things. I am also looking for like random thoughts that popped out of no where that made you see things differently.

I was waiting to see if things would change, if my family would do something that confirms they do love me, if my friends would quickly replace me but since looking at things with the perspective of dying soon i can see how nobody would really care. Sometimes im just so scared to do it i hate the thought of dying alone but for me Its the only logical outcome.
