Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The Greater the Height, the Greater the Danger

Heights over 30 feet also account for a large percentage of fall fatalities and have a greater probability of resulting in serious injuries involving the spleen, liver, and lungs, along with blunt chest trauma and rib fractures.

Other trauma studies seem to indicate that a fall from a fourth-floor (about 48 feet) has a 50% survival rate, while a fall from a 7th floor (about 84 feet) has only a 10% survival rate.
  • Luck – While unquantifiable, there are individuals who beat the odds. There are reports of people falling from extreme heights (well over 100 feet in some cases) and surviving.

Anything is possible, but it's highly unlikely you would survive a fall from that height, especially if you go head first.

I agree with the others. Odds are very much in your favor of dying from such a fall. No one can say for certain, as we all know strange things can, and do, happen. if you didn't die, you'd be very much messed up with broken bones, possibly organ damage, concussion, internal bleeding, possibly paralyzed, or maybe even a vegetable. No one can say for certain what will happen. But, in all likelihood, you would die. Anytime we attempt CTB, it's a bit of a gamble. I hope you do what's right for you and find your peace, no matter how you need to get there.

I can't remember where exactly I read it (probably some exit book or thread), but the recommended minimum height for as close to a guaranteed death as you can get is 10 stories (~100ft). Don't quote me on it though, I read it a while ago and the only reason I remember is cause it made me constantly count the # of stories of every building I walk into.

You basically get the maximum acceleration before touchdown 9.8 meters/second^2. You will reach terminal velocity in seconds, basically falling as fast as you can from that height.

I must say Beachy Head seems like an amazing place to ctb.

People have beaten all odds and survived falling from a plane. No method is 100% but a fall from 100+ feet is as close to 100% as you can get as a normal member of the public.

100 feet should be enough to die. A 10 storage building is overkill on concrete ground.
1 storage = 2,4m x 10 is 24m or 78 feet..
So it should do the job, recommend is a 10 (or more) storage building.
Got 2 methods, one of them are jumping too. Have to find a good spot.

It's always a roll of the dice, a fall is never guaranteed. Guys have died in my industry from a 4ft fall and one guy has lived after a 361ft fall.

Vesna Vulović (Serbian Cyrillic: Весна Вуловић, pronounced [ʋêsna ʋûːloʋitɕ]; 3 January 1950 – 23 December 2016) was a Serbian flight attendant who holds the Guinness world record for surviving the highest fall without a parachute: 10,160 m (33,330 ft; 6.31 mi). She was the sole survivor after a briefcase bombexploded in the baggage compartment of JAT Flight 367 on 26 January 1972, causing it to crash near Srbská Kamenice, Czechoslovakia. Yugoslavauthorities suspected that Croatian nationalists were to blame, but no one was ever arrested.

I could be wrong but I remember reading somewhere that six people have jumped off the Eiffel Tower and survived.
I also remember reading about someone who jumped off a skyscraper in America on New Years, and a strong gust of wind blew them through an open window.
Point being, anything can happen. Nobody can ever say for sure
