What are the best techniques to find the Carotid artery? I hear lots of people having probleming finding it when they are tightening their noose.

What is the best thickness of a rope to compress it? Are there better ropes for it, than others.

The carotid arterie goes all along the neck and its position is always the same for everyone. You need to find a spot that makes it easir to compress it. I personally recomend below the adam's apple, at the start of the neck, but it can be anywhere

I've tried everything. Some people just can't compress them the right way. Just made different I guess
