I somewhere saw a photo of a fellow who had run himself through a bandsaw, right through his waist. I was going to suggest that, but self-immolation is worse.

Over-dosing on certain medications and poisons. OD'ing not only has a low success rate (unless you have the right drugs) but also very painful. Another one is getting killed by exotic animals such as bears, wolves, tigers, etc.

I guess that would be the reality for a deer or whatever their prey are.There are stories of men being swallowed by whales, that are then killed for their blubber, and the corpses extricated from whales are burned and bleached by the whales' stomach acids. I expect you'd suffocate before the acid killed you, but it can't be much fun in the meantime.
But I still think immolation wins.

I think if they attacked fast and quick it could be painless in a sense your adrenaline kicks in with animal attacks,I was attacked by a pit bull , I was more panicked and adrenaline was def there , I didn't notice the chuck it took from my hand or the chuck from my upper thigh till prob 1/2 later then I felt the painTo be alive, you are slowly dying, so being alive until old age is the most painful
