Hanging out with friends (healthy)
Imagining myself dying (unhealthy)
Reading (unhealthy because I specifically search for suicide/early death content)
Imagining other people dying (unhealthy)
Sleeping (healthy)
I was drinking alcohol but I quit because it was making things worse. Now I cope (as much as one can cope who is suicidally depressed) with kratom tea, meds like Prozac, sleeping pills and the odd valium. Being online is keeping me going at the moment and sites like this have helped me greatly over the years. I also try to excerices 2 or 3 times per week (I use a power plate and resistance bands). Movies and gaming has also been fun and a good distraction. I just completed Dead Rising 3 (excellent Zombie holocaust game from Capcom) and I am now waiting for the new Robocop Rogue City game to install. Life is just one big distraction, so I will continue to do what I do until I muscle up the courage to go to sleep and not wake up.
