I destroyed myself over 10 years ago. All I can receive from life now is 'you're responsible for your own life, the past is the past you can't change the past all you can do is go forward'. I destroyed myself, I've lost everything. What am I supposed to do? I am trapped in a special needs life. My fate is similar to the character in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. How do I put myself out of my misery?
