Night night is really the only accessible method for me so I went with that. Tried it a few times over the last couple weeks and I finally got to a point where I can consistently and reliably close off my carotids. That said, don't be an idiot like me lol. Nearly bought the farm too soon. They weren't kidding when they said it's lights out in less than like a minute.
